From aluminum stamping to finished assemblies
Our focus is on the manufacturing of aluminum stamped parts. On our eccentric presses with 50 to 500 tons pressing force we process all common aluminum alloys in material thickness from 0.2 to 10 mm. Whether flat parts, bent components or complex geometries – we find the right solution.
In addition to classic stamping, we offer forming services specifically for aluminum. Bending, deep drawing and embossing bring your aluminum components into the desired shape. We also process aluminum profiles as part of our service portfolio.
Aluminum stamping is not your core competency? We take over complete relocations with several hundred tools. From tool transfer through sampling to stable series ramp-up.
We don't just supply individual parts. On request, we assemble complete assemblies – screwed, riveted or pressed.
In our powder coating facility, we finish your aluminum components in virtually any RAL color. For optimal corrosion protection and attractive appearance.
For stamping tools we work with long-standing, specialized partners. We coordinate the entire process from design to testing.
